Slow Computer? Test Your Computer’s RAM in Vista
If you are noticing slow performance in Windows Vista,

Vista comes with a RAM testing application and in this guide you’ll
learn how to access and use it.
Test Your Memory with the Windows Vista Memory Testing Tool
Press Start, type memory in the search bar, and press Enter
Select Restart Now and Check for Problems
Your computer will restart and run a memory diagnostic. This test may take up to 30 minutes.
